Beginning in May, I will be offering bagel shares!

My bagels are completely fermented - excellent for your gut and more easily digestible than your average bagel. They are made without fillers, dough conditioners, or any other unnecessary ingredients. In fact they contain just simple ingredients: Flour, Sourdough Starter, Diastatic malt powder, and Salt. The process takes three days from starter to bake-and of course they are boiled, like every good bagel should be!

So, what is a Bagel Share?

Similar to a bread share, you get a weekly delivery of small batch, fresh, hand-rolled, sourdough bagels! There are 4 to a package and you get one package per week.

Delivery is included in the cost of the share, but if you prefer to pick-up that is fabulous-the price remains the same.

Because bagels are time and labor intensive and I can only make a small amount at a time, I will be taking a very limited number of customers. For now, Bakes will be WEDNESDAYS May 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th. If more people want to sign up I will add a Saturday bake to the schedule to accommodate.
