The ability to take simple ingredients and create something wholesome for my family is what has nourished my love of baking bread. A mother of two, my tiny home kitchen is bursting with children't laughter, the smell of fresh bread and lots of love. I value health and practice the methods of soaking, souring, and sprouting in my baking to maximize the health benefits such as easier digestion. My ingredients are always well sourced and I use organic and non GMO ingredients whenever possible. I enjoy being active in Fremont County's local food movement and my community. When i'm not baking you can find me gardening, hiking, or building forts with my kids.
