Where is the bakery?
The bakery is a cottage food operation in Lander, Wyoming. It is an unlicensed and unregulated microbakery out of my home that exists thanks to the Wyoming Food Freedom Act. I cannot ship bread. It is only available to Wyoming locals. However, anyone can purchase MBB shirts and totes.
how can i buy your bread?
You can secure a month’s worth of bread -and either have it delivered or pick it up on my porch- by purchasing a subscription. This is one hearty loaf of Rustic Sourdough each week. I am also at the Lander Valley Farmer’s Market. If you follow my instagram or get on my e-mail list you will know when I am going to be there with Rustic and specialty loaves like kalamata olive, jalapeno-cheddar, cranberry-walnut, roasted potato-rosemary, golden raisin-fennel… and goodies like sourdough chocolate chip cookies, and bagels.
can i place a special order?
If you are having an event and would like to feature Mama’s bread fill out the form below in advance and I can likely supply your function with deliciousness! A minimum of 4 loaves for a special order is required.
