Plump golden raisins and ribbons of cinnamon-brown sugar folded into naturally leavened sourdough. Toast it thick and add plenty of butter.

Every loaf is made in small batches using traditional sourdough methods—no commercial yeast, preservatives, or unnecessary additives. Just wholesome ingredients, time, and care.

Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, water, active sourdough starter (flour, water), golden raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar, sea salt.

Best enjoyed: Fresh, toasted with butter, or as French toast. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
