Golden Raisin Fennel Sourdough

Our most unique specialty loaf combines naturally sweet golden raisins with fragrant fennel seed for a flavor that is both rustic and refined. Slow fermentation develops complexity while the raisins add gentle sweetness and the fennel contributes a subtle herbal note.

Wonderful with butter, aged cheeses, or served alongside soups and roasted meats.
